Great work!! You can call the folds 'tumors' all you like, but I think it looks perfect. Hell... most of my characters are virtually naked because I'm so damn stupid when it comes to coth shading and drawing [all art classes I've gone to had me drawing naked people lol].
I think it looks great, and I love the expression. Makes me want to jump in and beat the crap out of his opressors.
Looks awesome... I don't care if you rushed it, it looks awesome.
And don't sweat it about the folds. Heck, they're better than I can do. The ones on the ends of the sleeves look fine....the only spot I'd question is the folds around the stomach/waist area, but it's nothing huge.
wow, i love the amount of detail put into this ^^ especially around his face. The blue blood is a nice touch, alot different from what im used to. I also like how u drew the folds, tearing in the clothes and how u matted the feathers/ hair. Deffenatly pull'd off the toh' up look

The poor guy. The expression is so full of pleading anguish, I wish I could save him.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More

And I believe this may call for a proper introduction, and well
Don't you see, I'm the narrator, and this is just the prologue?
